The EVO IOOC contest will follow the following schedule.
November 27, 2017: competition officially opens to entries. In this phase producers may enter samples in the competition (see entry form) and pay the entry fee.
February 12, 2018: First day samples can be shipped to EVO IOOC from now until May 12, 2018 it is possible to:
- enter samples to the competition (see entry form);
- pay the entry fee(s) (see payment methods);
- ship competing samples to EVO IOOC (see sample shipping);
- send business information useful for entering the EVOO winners in the EVO-IOOC Buyers Guide.
May 12, 2018: deadline. Last day for all entries. All samples must be received by this date in the contest site (Italy), otherwise they will be excluded from the competition.
May 14, 15, 16 and 17, 2018: EVO International Olive Oil Contest, International Olive Oil Competition Capaccio Paestum sample evaluation. A panel of experienced judges will evaluate and classify each sample according to the dictums of the IOC (international Olive Council).
The winning samples will also be available for public tasting and international experts in the judging panel will be available to comment on the specific characteristics of each winner.

May 19, 2018: Winners Announcement and Awards Ceremony.
